Before starting this program I was frustrated with working out, not seeing results and could never figure out how to fuel my body properly. Working with Rose has been a game changer. She has taught me how to accomplish all this with proper nutrition guidance and developing a relationship with food and exercise that works for me. She has been an amazing coach and friend. J. McCoy...Rosemary is the best. Her knowledge, expertise and genuine care for your success will get you farther than you thought possible. She definitely made me step out of my comfort zone and in turn, I learned so much about nutrition and my body. What food work for my body and what my body doesn't tolerate well.
She has been there for me every step without hesitation. Building my plan to stay healthy, eat well and stay positive.
I've lost a total of 4 inches overall and 6 1/2 pounds. I'm definitely going to continue using all of her key strategies to be successful in taking care of my body the right way with the correct nutrition.

Woo Hoo Rose! So I completed the Challenge, and I'm loving the results! I Was able to shed 7 pounds, and 3 inches total from my waist and hips.
In addition to the 2 cups of daily tea, your 14 day meal plan was a game changer!
Prior to this challenge, I would just eat whatever and whenever. That meant plenty of times skipping breakfast, and just having a cup of coffee with a protein bar.
Since I work from home, I would grab lunch whenever I had the time, or was super hungry... but I'd also be continuously snacking throughout the day, until dinner time.
By following your meal plan, and cutting out gluten and dairy (with exception to plenty of eggs), I noticed that I had increased energy, and my muffin top was disappearing. I wasn’t feeling lethargic anymore!
By the second week, I then started noticing my waist line shrinking , and my clothes were no longer snug. 😍
But more importantly, you taught me nutritional values, so I didn’t look at this Challenge like a diet.
This is totally a new Healthy LIFESTYLE for me! Thank you Rose, I love your energy, yer encouragement, and yer infectious JOY!

I appreciate the heart-felt encouragement every step of the way. I cannot imagine achieving new goals without you and these amazing participants. You made this challenge group reach new milestones with all your hard work! Thank you Kristen Jones for your fantastic workout videos as well. Great job everyone! It's been a pleasure cheering each other on. I love your pics and videos. I love your willingness to keep going strong and pushing through. Congratulations to each of you for all the hard works and positive thinking you have demonstrated. You took the meaning of teamwork to a whole new level. I am sorry I don't have a scale yet, but I will be purchasing one for the next challenge. Any suggestions? I can say for sure that my clothes are looser, LOL. I know I lost inches and some weight. I’m so grateful for this group of ladies and of course Rosemary Homeister for her encouragement in helping us live a healthy lifestyle. Before this 14 day challenge I had been taking the system for about two weeks. The Iaso tea and Nutraburst really helped be by giving me more energy. Mental clarity and best of all no more painful headaches!! Since being part of this AMAZING group of strong women I have lost a total of 9lbs!!! I realized that having a balanced diet aids major in weight loss. Before I would go through breakfast,snack and lunch without eating sometimes not even drinking water and instead of loosing weight I was gaining! I’m committed to continue my good eating habits for life! 😁❤️🥗🏋🏽♀️☕️👍🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

her meal plan is awesome and very easy to follow. i lost 7lbs and 3 inches from my waist up. i have followed a meal plan before and i just didn't get excited about the food i was eating but with the 14 day meal plan from Rose i was totally hooked!
