Simplified Nutrition Program with 2B Mindset

BEFORE GETTING STARTED WE NEED TO GET YOU SET UP RIGHT.

IF YOU DON'T HAVE A  PLAN, YOU WILL NOT SUCCEED! 

The following steps are going to help you get started and help you stay on track for the next 30 days and beyond!

Step 1 -Your Pantry Needs to be Organized and filled with the proper Oils (​Grapeseed & Coconut Oil, Seasonings and Olive Oil), Organic and/or gluten free pasta, cinnamon,  bottles of water(BCCA's), Snacks (Beachbody Bars by Beachbody) and other staple items you will need to cook with.  I suggest clearing a shelf for all your Fit Essential products so they are staring you in the face.  That way you won't forget where you put them.

Step 2 - Create a weekly MEAL PLAN 
Start by TRACKING YOUR FOOD, first, to see what your eating at different times of the day.  It is important that you write in your www.teambeachbody.com/shop/us/d/2b-mindset-tracker-2BTrackerMEAL TRACKER daily.  Keep in a place that you will write in it, thru out the day, of your eating habits.  This is going to take some work on your part but it will all pay off in the end.  You will see what foods are causing you pain, bloating, gas and/or making you feel sick and also the foods that are serving you the best!

Step 3 - I suggest having a WATER BOTTLE to take with you everyday when you leave the house in the morning.  This way you will stay hydrated thru out your day!

Step 4 - Healthy Snacks - Rich chocolate. Creamy nut butters. The perfect snack.You’ve been waiting for this – a snack bar with real chocolate chips, nut butters, and protein crisps – and just 150 calories.

Start your day out right!
- Drink an 8 oz glass of Lemon Water or  have Detox Tea with Lemon
- 1 ml of ULTRACELL - brings the body back into balance.  Provides pain & inflammation relief!

- Protein Shake (add 1 cup water or almond milk - have plain or throw in some berries) or you can make some scrambled eggs.  (you want to have some sort of protein in the morning.  Your body is slightly acidic in the morning so it needs proteins for a healthy digestion)
- Take a pre-made healthy Power Snack Pack and bottle of water with you before you walk out the door.  This will keep you from snacking on the wrong foods when you get hungry.
