​STRENGTH TRAINING
Build, Strengthen and Tone your body in this full body workout! 
Losing weight and melting fat occurs when you  put the muscles under tension.  This will help speed up your metabolism to burn more calories.  After burn effect can last up to 2 hours after a strength training workout! Depending on how hard you work.

                    ***Workout equipment will be provided for use in this class***
Example: bosu ball, body ball, weights, slam ball, battle ropes, jump rope, step, etc...

We don't just focus on cardio because we know you want to tone up. We don’t focus on just weights, we know you don’t want to get bulky, so we marry the two into a  Cardio Strength split on different days of the week.
This allows us to help you lose weight AND tone up.  Not only that, the workout structure changes every time! 
This is exactly the change that keeps people excited to come back consistently!
Also, when it comes to a boot camp, you will be encouraged and supported thru out!

  • Positive attitude and a Smile!
  • Comfortable workout clothes & sneakers
  • Hands wrapped and ready to put the gloves on (if taking the fitness boxing class)
  • Sweat towel, yoga matt, light weights(if you have them - 5lbs - 20lbs), workout gloves and water to stay hydrated!​​
  *Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class with hands already wrapped if you are taking the boxing class.
